Privacy Policy

General

Rosenbaum, Ben-Ari Law Firm ("the Firm", "we") respects the privacy of visitors to rba-law.com ("the Website"). This policy explains what information we collect through the Website, how we use it, and how you can exercise your rights under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 (including the 13th amendment in force from August 2025).

Information we collect

The Website itself does not operate a visitor database and does not maintain a personal profile of users. The only information transmitted to us through the Website is:

  • Contact details – when a user chooses to send a message through the contact form, we receive the name, email address, phone number, and message content. These details are provided voluntarily by the user for the purpose of receiving a response from the Firm. The message is sent directly to the Firm's email inbox and is not stored by the Website.
  • Aggregate usage data – through Google Analytics 4 we collect limited, anonymized usage data: partially masked IP address, pages viewed, browser and device type, and referral source. We do not identify individual users.

How we use the information

  • Contact-form inquiries are used to reply to the person who wrote to us.
  • Google Analytics 4 data is used to understand site usage patterns and improve the user experience.

Storage and security

The Firm's email is hosted on Google Workspace (paid business tier, with data storage in the European Union and security settings appropriate to the requirements of the Israeli Privacy Protection Law). Contact-form inquiries are not retained in a separate Firm database beyond email.

Third parties

  • Google Workspace – hosts the Firm's email service.
  • Google Analytics 4 – statistical analytics service. See Google's Privacy Policy.

The Firm does not sell, lease, or transfer visitor personal information to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

Cookies

The Website uses only Google Analytics 4 cookies for aggregate usage measurement. No marketing or advertising cookies are used. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Your rights

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, you have the following rights:

  • The right to know what personal data we hold about you.
  • The right to review the data and request correction if it is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear, or outdated.
  • The right to request deletion of data submitted through the contact form.

To exercise these rights, contact us by email: office@rba-law.com.

Data retention

Inquiries received by email are retained in accordance with Google Workspace retention policy and the Firm's professional record-keeping needs. Google Analytics data is retained per the service's default settings.

Children

The Website is not directed at persons under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

Changes to this policy

The Firm may update this policy from time to time. The last-updated date appears at the top of the document. Continued use of the Website after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
